Property Description

This beautiful 3,000 square foot carriage house is on three levels with a bedroom and bath on each floor consisting of a king, queen, & six single beds. Ten adults can sleep very comfortably and every bedroom has a T. V. & DVD player. Each floor has a fireplace with Gas Logs. On the middle & lower floors there is a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and free standing ice maker. There is a washer/dryer, Jacuzzi tub, two wet steam rooms and a dry sauna. The view from the living area is fantastic through the floor to ceiling glass windows. Your eyes will be in awe looking at three swimming pools, spa, and waterfalls, All beautifully landscaped. Each floor also has its own H/A system, plus ceiling fans. There is a covered deck/porch on the lower floor with a great gas grill for barbecuing. Lots of parking area with sports court for basketball and tennis practice. Trails through the woods for nature walks. All this joins stone mountain state park with its entrance only a few blocks away with all its amenities. Inside the house includes a gorgeous piano, a spiral stairwell to & from the lower-level and of course, wonderful furniture.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests agree to be responsible for any and all losses and/or damages to this rental property.
• KEYS & WRISTBANDS The keys and/or wristbands that you may be issued must be returned as you will be instructed to do. There is a $125.00 lost key charge for any unreturned key and $25.00 for each non-returned wristband .
• CANCELLATIONS: All reservations cancelled are subject to loss of deposit. Entire rent due will be forfeited if unit is not re-rented for lease term.
• RENTAL DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required on all reservations, a reservation made within 30 days of arrival date will require payment in full. All payments must be made by credit card and is due at time of making reservations.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your credit card will be billed for any damages, missing items, long distance calls and any other unauthorized charges to the unit.
• TELEPHONE: All rentals have telephones. The number will be furnished at reservation time. Please bring your telephone credit card. If it is necessary to bill the renter for long distance calls, the renter will be charged the cost of calls plus a $25.00 service charge. All telephone numbers are registered with 911.
• ITEMS LEFT IN PROPERTY:Tara Properties, DRBO.NET will not be responsible for personal items left in rental property. A $25.00 service charge and mailing costs are required if you request Tara Properties DRBO.NET to mail items left behind. Credit card payment is required in advance.
• PRICES: The prices set on rentals reflect many things including: location, amenities, size, number of guests as well as general condition of the resort unit and furnishings.

The rate is based on number of guests the mininum rate per night is $500.00 that rate is good for up to 10 guests. Each overnight guest is an additional $50.00 per night per guest. For each daytime guest an additional $20.00 per guest per day will be charged.
